It’s one of the biggest days of your lives and thinking about all the things that go into may seem scary. But we approach this like an awesome collaboration, partnering with you to make sure your big day reflects you and what YOU want- and nothing you don’t! 

Based on Oahu Hawaii, we specialize in intimate elopements, vow renewals, and microweddings. But have no fear, we service all the Hawaiian islands and beyond!

We can create custom packages for larger weddings, multi-day weddings, and we even offer honeymoon planning!

Think of me as your planning bestie- I’ll make sure we get it done, but I’m also here to support YOU as a couple! Whatever advice you need or fears you have I’m here for you- my goal is to make this as effortless as possible for you!

🫶🏽 Open Communication: I am an absolute believer in having good communication, especially if you’ll be coming to visit Hawaii! Nothing should be left to the last minute and you’ll have guidance every step of the way.

🎶 I Really Do Care: Having a Planner who genuinely cares about you and the success of your big day makes a huge difference. Trust me to have your back throughout this journey, I got you!

🪩 Out of Office Mindset: If you’re getting married, I believe you should be able to fully focus on yourselves the big day without getting pestered. As we prepare, we’ll plan upfront so that you are kept stress-free, as it should be on your wedding day!

This Is How We Do

1.   Pick a Package

Choose a package that fits your needs best! Don’t forget to check out our add-ons! We offer site visits and customized honeymoon/vacation planning!

2.   Let’s Kick It Off

Lock in your date by signing your contract then schedule a virtual kickoff so we can understand your vision, logistics, and I’ll walkthrough tools, templates, and get us off on the right foot!

3.   Pick a Location

Determine what beach or venue you want to host your event so we can lock it in! Everything will come after.

4.   Plan & Chill

Now for the fun part- planning all the details! I’ll guide you through so it’s minimal stress and all the fun.

5.   Finalize the Deets

Let’s wrap the final details so we’re all ready to go! I like to wrap at minimum a week or two before the event so you can truly decompress and focus on your big day!

6.   Let’s Party!

    For those who don't feel like doing the grunt work of researching places for their Hawaii trip! We create a customized itinerary for you with the best food and spots to visit based on your interests and number of days here!

    PSST- you don’t need to be getting married to use this service

  • The Just the Two of Us

    BEACH ELOPEMENT OR VOW RENEWAL (COUPLE ONLY)

    For couples who want the most no fuss ceremony- just you, the beach, and the love of your life. A day just about you.

    Includes a Licensed Officiant, location permit processing, and leis!

  • The Great Escape

    BEACH ELOPEMENT OR VOW RENEWAL (UP TO 15 GUESTS)

    For couples who want an intimate beach ceremony with a few loved ones- plus need some additional help finding vendors, dinner plans, etc.

    Includes a Licensed Officiant, location permit processing, and leis!

    Note: Beach locations are public and most do not allow arches or chairs to not obstruct the beach

  • The Lovely Day

    MICROWEDDING AT VENUE- DAY OF (MONTH OF) COORDINATION- UP TO 40 GUESTS

    For couples who are extremely confident in planning everything themselves including build out of the timeline but prefer to handoff to a wedding professional for coordination and execution the day of the event.

    Up to 4 Consultation Hours

    Have a larger wedding size? Reach out!

  • The Sure Thing

    MICROWEDDING AT VENUE (UP TO 40 GUESTS- PARTIAL PLANNING)

    For couples who have already booked their venue and can handle most of the planning on their own but prefer to bring in a wedding professional to help finalize the details, vendors, and timelines closer to the event.

    Up to 9 Consultation Hours

    Have a larger wedding size? Reach out!

  • The Golden Hour

    MICROWEDDING AT VENUE (UP TO 40 GUESTS- FULL PLANNING)

    For couples who prefer to have a wedding professional in the early stages of planning to provide more hands-on support and guidance along the way to help choose venues, vendors, etc.

    Up to 18 Consultation Hours

  • Need a Custom Package?

    If you need a more customized package like if you have a larger wedding or planning a multi-day wedding, we got you! Fill out our contact form with all the details and we’ll craft you a package just for you!

  • Add-On: Site Visit (Venue or Hotel)

    Add-on to any package for couples who want the peace of mind of having a wedding planner visit their prospective venue space or hotel accommodations in-person to tour, video, etc.
