👋🏼 Aloha friends, I’m Grace!

I live on Oahu, Hawai’i living my best life with my hubby and our rescue pups, Maximus and Milo!

Organization has always been my superpower—whether in corporate or personal life, I’m the go-to person when something important needs to be planned seamlessly. That skill truly came to life when I planned my own destination wedding. I poured my heart into every detail, and because of that, my husband and I were able to actually enjoy the day—fully present, stress-free, and surrounded by love. It was everything I dreamed of and more!

But I quickly realized not every couple gets that same experience. Without a trusted planner, many look back on their wedding with regrets—and that broke my heart. That’s why I founded Grace’s Oasis Wedding Co.: to ensure couples like you don’t just have a wedding, but an unforgettable celebration where you feel cared for, stress-free, and in the moment.

You got the Q’s, I’ve got the A’s

  • Ask any wedding vendor and one tip almost everyone has is to get your own wedding planner even if your venue lists they have a planner or venue coordinator!

    Venue coordinators are so important as their main focus is the tactical onsite logistics for the venue (remember they're employed by them).

    As YOU hire your wedding planner, you know you're working with someone you connect with. Our job as wedding planners is to support YOU and advocate for you from start to finish beyond the venue's scope. That means helping you select a venue, budget, provide advice, select vendors, develop your entire day of timeline including vendors set up, managing to the timeline the day-of so everything runs smoothly, and so much more!

  • WE GOT YOU! We’re BIG on communication so we’ll be sure to accommodate whatever time zone you may be in that you won’t be able to tell we’re thousands of miles apart! We can text, email, and schedule virtual calls- which ever combination is easiest for you to stay connected with me!

  • My primary focus is YOU! As we are a planning service, our priorities are to help you plan and making sure we execute your vision, timeline, wrangle all the vendors, but most importantly making sure YOU as the wedding couple have all the support you need on the big day!

    Happy to recommend some design options and tee you up with our wonderful florals and rental vendors who can help with your design and bring your vision to life!

  • The sooner the better so you can lock in your date! I recommend at the 12 month mark as dates are reserved on a first-come first-serve basis via a signed contract. Depending on the package you choose our virtual kick off call will really lay out the vision and foundations to get you in the right direction- so the sooner we can start on that the more breathing room you’ll have to lock in any venues, vendors, hotels, etc!

  • You absolutely can choose your own but if you need a boost, I have local vendors for almost anything you need so you don’t have to do any late night Google spirals!

  • Absolutely! Let’s talk and curate a package to fit your needs if the ones we provide aren’t fully meeting your needs! Have a larger wedding or a multi-day cultural wedding? Prefer more of a white-glove service where I do all the heavy lifting of vendor and venue outreach on your behalf? We can make it happen!

  • No we leave that to you, but we can help review those with you as you book each vendor if you need it! This prevents any miscommunications and ensures the vendor has direct lines to you and what you need.

  • Oh HECK YEA! I am based here in Oahu but happy to travel to the other islands (Maui, Kauai, Big Island), US Mainland, and beyond! Travel fees will apply but range based on location. Let’s chat!

  • Not for Oahu! Many vendors charge additional travel fees depending on your venue location on island but I do not, regardless of location on Oahu.

    All other islands and locations will have a travel fee starting at $300+ to cover costs!
